DGS helps you with know- how and hands on, flexible and fast support! For DGS, comprehensive technical guidance before installation is just as much a matter of course as support for your production. The following services are part of our core business: Application and cost analyses as well as their optimization, calculations of driving performance, development of prototypes, final inspections and training on automatic transmissions and drive units.
We also remain your partner after installation: with comprehensive repair and service, whether within or after the warranty period; directly at your site, at your customer’s site or in our workshop. As a system supplier, DGS designs and assembles complete drive units – mobile and stationary. Engine, gearbox, power take-off (PTO), cooling system and, of course, our DGS transfer case VG 2600. Individually or combined. We provide just the right drive that meets your requirements – pre-assembled – ready for installation!
DGS also develops transmission solutions independently.
In 2008, we launched the VG 2600 transfer case, which is ideal for mounting on Allison Series 4000 transmissions. This was followed in 2012 by the WG 600 reversing gearbox, which makes it possible to use a transmission with all gears in both directions of travel.
